Refund policy
Single cards are final sale.
Any card accessory (deckboxes, sleeves, playmats, diceboxes, etc.) returns will be accepted as long as the product is unopened and in its original packaging. Returns will only be accepted within 30 days from the date of purchase.
Returns on sealed product (booster boxes, premium collection boxes, Elite Trainer Boxes, etc.) will not be accepted. You may request a cancellation and refund of your order if it has not been shipped out yet. Once an order is marked "fulfilled", it has most likely already been shipped out. However, you may contact us immediately to check if it's been shipped out.
Refunds on events can be processed up to 24 hours prior to the start of the event. Refunds within 24 hours of the event or after the event occurs cannot be processed as your reserved spot has prevented others who may wish to play from attending. For high-demand events such as Pre-Releases, League Cups, and special product/promotional card events our policy is to allow as many players to participate as possible, so if you are late or absent to the event without informing us your spot will be made available for on-time players. Special product, promos and sealed product made available specifically for events will only be given to players in those events.
Returns on face masks are not accepted, no exceptions.
Refunds will be processed within 48 hours via a payment method of your choice (EMT or PayPal) once the product is received back in its original condition or packaging or when we receive a request to cancel your order that has not been fulfilled.
