Cancellation policy

Cancellation & Locker Policy

1) Order Cancellations (In-Stock Items)

  • Before picking: You may cancel any unfulfilled in-stock order before it has been picked for packing. Please email us immediately to request a cancellation.

  • After picking begins: If your order has already been picked, a 15% restocking fee applies to cover handling and processing.

How to cancel: Email support@darkfoxtcg.com with your order number and “Cancellation Request” in the subject line.

2) Pre-Orders

  • All pre-orders are final. Pre-orders cannot be cancelled due to market fluctuations and because we must commit quantities early based on customer demand.

3) Locker Rentals

  • Cancellation anytime: You may cancel your locker rental at any time. Your locker access remains active through the end of the current paid month.

  • End-of-month clearance: If the locker is not emptied by the last day of your subscription month, you will be charged for an additional month.

  • Abandoned items: Items left in a locker for 60 days with no payment (including repeated failed card charge attempts) will be treated as abandoned. We may remove, dispose of, or otherwise handle abandoned property at our discretion and are not responsible for its return.

Dark Fox TCG provides locker rentals for customer convenience only. By renting a locker, you acknowledge and agree that Dark Fox TCG is not responsible or liable for any loss, theft, damage, or unauthorized access to items stored within your locker, regardless of cause, including but not limited to break-ins, vandalism, fire, water damage, or negligence by any third party.

You are solely responsible for securing your locker and for the safety and condition of the items stored within it. We recommend that valuable or irreplaceable items not be stored in lockers.

4) Refund Method & Timing

  • Approved refunds (e.g., for eligible in-stock cancellations) are returned to the original payment method. Processing times may vary by payment provider.

5) Definitions

  • “Picked” means our team has started selecting items from inventory for your order. Once picking begins, the 15% restocking fee applies if you cancel.
